Jennifer Rand has served as producer and executive show coordinator since the company was formed in 1998. Always standing by Jeb's side, she is considered by most to be the glue that holds the shows together. 

 

From interfacing with client's, to working with star talent, to coordinating top-level logistics, and ultimately implementing Rand Productions' processes & procedures, Jennifer is an expert in execution and net results.
