After making his directing debut at the age of sixteen, Farley has been represented as an actor, director, designer, and producer by numerous stage and screen productions across the country. His works include national touring and concert productions, regional theatre, and site-specific experiences. He has a passion for reimaging classic material and developing new musicals and plays.

He is currently the President of Norman Creative LLC, Artistic Director of Skylight Empire Entertainment, and an Associate Producer with Rand Enterprises and Shows. He is based in the midwest with projects from around the world.

Recent venues Farley has worked with include MGM’s Beau Rivage (Biloxi, MS), Suncoast Broadway Theatre (Hudson, FL) The Carnegie (Cincinnati, OH), and Kincaid Regional Theatre (Falmouth, KY).
